Ingredients

1 1 lb jar - Alfredo sauce

1/2 lb - fatty bacon slices (1/2 package)

4 - skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 8-oz package - fresh sliced white mushrooms

1 small - onion, chopped

1/3 cup - chicken broth

1 tsp - rubbed chicken seasoning

4 servings - fettucine or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
Directions
In 12" nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, saute bacon until well cooked but not crisp. Remove meat from pan (when cooled, break into bite-sized pieces), add chicken, mushrooms, celery, and onion; saute over medium-high heat until vegetables are done and chicken is brown (a few drops of cooking oil may be added if there isn't enough bacon grease). Add broth and chicken seasoning, cook one minute longer. Stir in Alfredo sauce, bring mixture to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat to medium-low, return bacon to pan and stir well, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over pasta. 4 servings.
