Is there a way to receive text notifications of requests for books or is email the only option? If email is the only option, is there a way to submit requests/suggestions for app upgrades in the future? ð

Yes, emails are the only option.

You can submit a request using the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page.

There is also a thread at the top of the discussion forums where members can post ideas for changes.
