This was a wonderful book very similar to much of what Karen Kingsbury has written. All about a couple who lose their child, are on the verge of divorce, then are forced by another tragedy to take in a little boy who desperately needs them to stay together for his sake.

This is a fairly thick book but the reading goes smoothly and quickly. Just enough characters to be interesting without being confusing. The story follows a marriage in the aftermath of losing a child. It is very open about the toll such a thing takes on a marriage. I love how this author developed the storyline. She is now firmly in my list of favorite authors.
