I loved every minute of this gem. Lula and Stephanie find that a mystery woman is stalking Stephanie with intent to kill. She claims she is Ranger's wife, and Ranger is mysteriously unreachable. The Hilarity volume rises as the new owners of the town funeral parlor are introduced to Grandma Mazur. I was wary that Janet Evanovich might be running out of material and situations to write about, but she cooked up a goodie in this one!

So glad to be back with Stephanie Plum again. This book is definitely worthy of the franchise and if you want to hang with Stephanie again, this is the way to do it! We learn more about Ranger in the process.

All fluff. A three evening read. Always enjoyable. Everytime I think this will be the last one, Evanovich must be out of ideas for Stephanie. Twelve Sharp was still the same book as the others, yet different enough that I didn't say "Bah!" and put it down.

Twelve Sharp is yet another laugh outloud book by Janet Evanovich. Stephanie Plum (bounty hunter from New Jersey) tries to bring back her cousin Vinnie's bonds while she's looking for Ranger who seems to have disappeared. If you've read the previous 11 books in the series don't miss this one as it has lots of funny episodes with her partner Lula and her wacky family.

I have never read any of Janet's other books, but someone had given this book to me. I couldn't put it down. It had a good story and kept me very interested. Lots of action and mystery!
Suspense! Holy cow Batman! Crazy all the twists and turns of this one! For her arch nemesis Joyce to be second fiddle to the man trying to impersonate Ranger! Poor Morelli! Holy it just got real personal! Two alpha males after the same female, Steph also gets a psycho Ranger wanna be who kidnaps his actual daughter and constructs an entire life with them, so Ranger's gotta die!
I still enjoy the Plum books but this was not one of her best. I bought the hardback and wish I had waited for the paperback.

What can be said about Stepanie Plum excdept that it is a fun read. It has you laughing one minute and on edge the next.

This series is great. I write that everytime I finish one of these books! This one had a little more suspense than others, but still hilariously funny with Grandma, Lula and Sally still up to the crazy stunts and hey there i a new funeral director in town also a hoot! Start from book one and keep reading the fun never ends.

I have been working my way through the Stephanie Plum series, & I have to say, though I enjoyed each & every one of them, THIS ONE is by far the funniest. I chuckled, laughed out loud & guffawed at some of her descriptions & actions - I even had to read it out loud to my husband, and then he said he wanted to read the book! You cannot miss this one!
Well, I like that we get to learn a little more about Ranger in this installment. He has a crazy man impersonating him that has kidnapped his daughter and Ranger needs a little help from Stephanie. I was not as happy to see that Stephanie was back to being a bounty hunter full time. I really did enjoy seeing her rely more on her smarts in book 11. Of course, she wasn't really relying on luck as much in this one as usual, so I can't complain too much. Overall, I enjoyed it and I look forward to reading number 13.
Excellent and very funny! Brings the same wit and sense of fun as the last 11 novels in the series. I would recommend it to any Stephanie Plum fan. Not to be missed!

As always, I enjoyed this book thoroughly. I was afraid it would be boring, since it's part of the Stephanie Plum series and I wondered how much longer she could go on with the situations she runs into, but Janet Evanovich did not let me down. This story had a good balance of romance, excitement and humor and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Fun! Lots of suspence,crazy characters,&confusion of course.
What can I say, it just gets better and better. Twelve Sharp is one of my favorites out of the series. I was glued. I really liked how we got to know Ranger a bit more in this one.

This books flewwwwwww by - seemed a bit too short but had the usual light-hearted sections and hardcore danger. The big crime in this book revolves around Ranger again, so this causes tension for Stephanie's relationship with Morreli as she investigates stuff out of her area of expertise and involving his competition. Less annoying Bob the dog in this book, but plenty of Grandma Mazur and Lulu.
Great book in the series.. Stephanie causes mayhem everywhere she goes.. and you always wonder will she chose between Ranger or Joe?

Suddenly Stephanie and Ranger are working together to find a killer, rescue a missing child and stop a lunatic from raising the body count and at the same time keep vice cop and sometime live in lover Joe Morelli from breaking up their team.
I love this series and 12 Sharp continues to offer the witty account of Stephanie Plum's lifestyle
