I will listen to Two plays for voices over and over again. There is so much to understand and think about. I would not choose anyone else for the actors they were chosen to suit. I doubt if I will be able to put these audio cassettes back into circulation for a long time.

Meh, not so much. Both stories were, indeed, creepy. Snow Glass Apples put an interesting twist on a familiar story (along the lines of Gregory MacGuire, but more effectively and with about 30,000 fewer words). I must not have understood the Murder Mysteries one - II thought I was doing fine until the ending, which confused me. The stories weren't terrible, maybe just not my cup of tea.
Neil Gaiman is beyond excellent. These 2 stories (Snow Glass Apples and Murder Mysteries) that he rewrote as audio plays are creepy and fascinating
