Just a quick question. I have requested a book from another member. They accepted it and said that they would mail it by today at 11pm. I went to look at the other books that the person listed and it says that their accont is on hold. So my question is, Does that mean that if the person does not say the book is mailed by 11 pm tonight the transaction is cancelled or since their account is on hold that does not apply.

Thank you !!

I don't think it applies.  They may have put it on hold after you requested the book but still plan to send this one to you.

In other words, they still should send it to you.

Gidget, the sender has two days'  grace period after the day she said she would send to mark it mailed.  So it won't be cancelled for two more days if she doesn't mark it mailed.

If it cancels, and there is another copy available, your request will be passed to that sender.
