I am even allowing my children to stay up past their bedtime because they don't want to miss it either. I would feel quilty if I was the reason they missed something this awesome! We have read 1-11 of the graphic novels in the past 2 days. They were GREAT! Can't wait! |

I thought it was excellent. Started out slow, built up pretty good and the episode's ending was awesome as well. Quite a few sub-plots going on that are worth watching for sure!!! I think you'll love it when you see the next episode!!! |

I recently changed TV packages, to save some money, and don't get AMC. Is there anywhere to watch this online or am I going to have to wait for it to come to Netflix? |

If you missed itordon't get AMC,try this from youtube (it has spanish subtitles, but it shouldn't be too distracting) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHbLREzEH-4 Better watch it quick before it gets removed. It's part 1 of 6 of the pilot. If it gets removed, try searching "walking dead part 1" in youtube then click on Search Options - Sort by: Upload Date, and you should be able to find a version that YT hasn't gotten around to deleting yet. You may have to hunt through some lame bait n switch ads for off site websites that say "this video was removed for copyright reasons but the full video can be seen by going to my website... blah blah blah" |

SPOILER ALERT: I thought the zombies were great, a cross between the old school lethargic shambling Romero zombies and the DotD '04 Snyder running zombies, kind of a quick shuffle without raising their knees. For me the creepiest part was when Rick had to go down the hospital's pitch black stairs by match light. The old adage is still true, what you can't see is always more scary then what you can see. The Atlanta sceneought to satisfy any fan of the zompocalypse. The ending with Rick trapped in the tank in the middle of a city crawling with dead where the radio comes to life saying "Hey, Dum*** in the tank, comfy in there?" got me hooked. |

WARNING - POSSIBLE TINY SPOILER TO S. KING'S THE STAND FOLLOWS - Yes, that stairwell scene was spooky. I was waiting fora voice toask the Sheriff if he wantedsome chicken. Because itwas very similar toa scene from Kings'The Stand... when Stu is leaving the hospital via a dark stairwell and someone's handreaches up, grabs his foot and asks him to come down and eat chicken. lol. And I agree about that last scene. That last line added that quirkiness that made me think this just might not beyour average zombie apocalypse. Last Edited on: 11/4/10 11:56 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Michael, if you can get online, AMC's website offers the option to watch the previous episode there... Last Edited on: 11/4/10 12:11 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
