My daughter and I read these together when she was in 2nd grade. We loved them!!! She is a horse nut so these three little girls were just her kind of kids! For anyone who loves a girl or boy who loves horses.

Really great book in teaching a story within a story. Shows how to be responsible for an animal and how to show you are ready for one. Good storylines for kids. A good read.
