This is the second book I have read by John Marrs and I think his writing is just not my cuppa. Good plots but the pacing drags. This one has a lot of twists - too many.
This was compelling and chilling. I found it hard to stop reading even though I kept a sense of dread throughout. It is dark and somewhat disturbing but full of twists and turns. Some I saw coming and some I didn't. It's a clever thriller but takes us into some shadowy corners of the mind.
