Henry was called Frodo at the shelter when we adopted him, but my husband didn't like the name Frodo and wanted to change it.  He nixed my suggestions of Sam, Pippin and Me more...

My very first dog was an English Setter. His registered name was Oldwick's Country Kwencher, call name Hoot.  I didn't get him until he was about 15 months old. I'd always wanted an ES and spent several months looking for one. I had been to a dog show when this 6 mont more...
