The Wishing Game brought back magical reading memories from childhood. The storytelling is imaginative, creative, fun, and touching. It was a story that made me shed sad and happy tears and gave me a chance to get away. I read somewhere that another reader said âit was an adult take on a childhood novel'. I agree.
