Having visited New Orleans many times, I find these photos delightful. However, the cookbook does not have photos of the completed dish. However, they do have nutritional information.
There are several mixtures offered in this book, and I will use them because I like to make my own and control the amount of salt. The three mixtures I added to my recipe box were -- HERBS DE PROVENCE, CAJUN SEASONING, and CREOLE SEASONING.
Two others (CREOLE GARLIC SAUCE and CAJUN AIOLI {misspelled in cookbook}) look interesting, but I would have appreciated the author giving ideas for their usage. This is a nice mixture of dishes from South Louisiana.
