I picked this book up at a used bookstore and had no idea the tense, can't-put-it-down, novel I had. Very tense, very suspenseful, and hard to figure out just who the bad guys were - the mob, the local cops, or the FBI. The beleaguered heroine has no idea just who she can trust and it almost costs her her life. A phone call in the middle of the night puts her in the wrong place at the wrong time and the flight for her life begins. Really gripping reading.
