I'm happy to say this book was a page turner, probably due to my interest in World War II. Despite it's 760 pages I finished it in a few days. I'm doubly happy to report there was no sex described in the book, despite Griffin's son being a co-author. In other books of other series for which he was a co-author, the amount of sex described was way over the top to the point were they could almost be described as soft porn.
But I was surprised the authors listed numerous instances of their characters---men of great responsibility---giving each other the finger. Makes you wonder about their maturity.
