I was torn about the rating on this one but I'm giving it only 2*

The main storyline is not a pleasant topic and may not be for everyone but my problem with it was that Olsen just drags out everything and inserts so much description that just doesn't belong, then you have to drag through all of Nicole personal life and gets really tiresome of her constant negative whiny life, her father's situation is not a good one but she hates him anyway, her sister is a horrible person and Nicole hates her too and both of these things just drag and drag throughout the entire book

The only character I liked was her partner Detective Carter and I felt sorry for him to have to put up with Nicole

Maybe I should give it only 1*
