I picked up Billy Boyle because it combined two of my favorite things - WWII historical setting and whodunnit mysteries. Sadly, I was not able to finish the book because I found myself losing interest in the plot and unable to drum up any concern for any of the characters that had been introduced up to the point that I gave up reading.
