A serial killer with diplomatic immunity. Another really good one from the Alex Cross series. Again these are suspenseful beach read type books. This is an excellent example of he genre, but it is a suspense novel. Read it before The Big Bad Wolf and London Bridges or the surprise ending won't be a surprise.
