Controversy and heartbreak surrounding a child that believes she was "bred" to be a donor and life-saver for her sister. Picoult does a fantastic job of storytelling once again. The story bounces around from different characters perspectives, which normally I don't like but Picoult's style of doing this in her books really adds to the telling of the tale. You learn to like and dislike characters not only from what unfolds in the story but how you learn of them through their point of view.
