Back of book:

With the untimely death of his father, handsome, priveleged Jack Harrow inherited a wealth of responsibilities. And his first order of business was to pay a visit to his new country estate. No matter that he has little desire to spend the Christmas holidays rusticating in a sleepy hamlet. For once, Jack is prepared to put duty before pleasure. But when the dashing lord descends on his manor house, he finds his good intentions quickly put to the test by the pretty yet prickly daughter of his dotty estate manager...a maddening miss who makes him wonder just what it would take to turn the heat of her scorn into a smoldering passion.

Between worrying for her aging father and her flighty widowed sister, Olivia Faraday feels as if the weight of the world is resting on her shoulders. The last things she needs is to spend time escorting the useless, albeit charming, Lord Harrow around his estate. But when Jack, playing the part of country gentleman to the hilt, invites her to an evening of holiday revelry, Olivia is in for a surprise. For Jack treats her with disarming gentleness, and suddenly sensible Olivia wants nothing more than to surrender to the joys of the season and the thrill of unexpected love.

Review:
I found both main characters annoying. Jack seems too silly in the beginning and Olivia is just plain unattractive with her judgmental character. Neither were characters I particularly had any interest in seeing find love.
