I personally did not enjoy this book, I though it would help me to stop grieving so much due to the loss of my husband. It quoted too much from the Bible and not enough ways for me to cope. I believe in God and have trusted him in this journey I am taking.
I did have a friend who lost his wife in May and sent the book to him, maybe he will find it more helpfull then I did.
