Crime thriller with short chapters featuring 3 different timelines. I love the Minnesota references and the fast paced, page turning suspense. Val Reed is a no-nonsense, take control BCA agent with unexplainable capabilities that give her an edge to solving crimes. Looking forward to book #2 and Detective Harry Steinbeck's story!
